The name 'Die Zinkhuis' carries the tradition of the South African farm-style establishment with a rustic feel, whilst embracing the luxury that the natural environment has to offer, for those with a simplistic, yet glamorous taste. Die Zinkhuis is located on the beautiful Wilgenhof Estate farm adjacent to the Berg River outside Franschhoek in the midst of the Cape Winelands area. 

Its present-day reality and developments were born as a passionate vision of the Koch family, when they purchased the estate in 2010, with the hope upon which to build their dream. A dream to provide the freedom and entertainment that every heart yearns for at a venue that caters for every member of the family, from young to old, big and small. From mere specs of dust and rubble, the estate has now blossomed into its first phase - Die Zinkhuis Events - and is quickly bringing this dream to full fruition.
